About the position

We are now looking for a Lifeguard Supervisor for the Forshallen swimming pool, where your duties will include among other things:

• Swimming instruction
• Facility maintenance
• Cashier duties at the entrance and café
• Supervision of the swimming pools
• Other common tasks in the natatorium.

Evening and weekend work is included in the position.

Qualifications

We prefer that you, as an applicant, have pool lifeguard training and/or swimming teacher training. We want you to have experience working in swimming pools, lifeguarding, swim schools, and water training.

You are a person with a solution-oriented approach. You have strong social skills and can inspire, engage, and support others. You are service-oriented, have a good manner of dealing with people, and a positive attitude. You enjoy collaborating and working with people both in groups and independently.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
