RESPONSIBILITIES

As a systems technician in our IT department, you will:

• Be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the municipality's IT infrastructure.
• Manage and administer systems that support the organization's work.
• Work with the administration of cloud services, primarily Microsoft 365.
• Trace and solve complex technical problems.
• Actively contribute to improving operational processes through close collaboration with the system administrators in the municipality's administrations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in IT.
• Has documented several years of experience in IT infrastructure and a solid habit of taking significant responsibility for ensuring the operation of IT systems.
• Has solid knowledge in:
• Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Linux and network communication.
• Virtualization technologies.
• Cybersecurity.
• Administration of Microsoft 365.
• Is analytical, structured, and motivated to deliver high quality.
• Has the ability to explain technical solutions to different target groups.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude and enjoys collaborating.
