IT Architect at Region Kalmar County

Do you want to work with IT architecture in the largest IT environment in the region? We are looking for a solution-oriented IT architect who wants to help shape the future digital services in areas such as healthcare, public transport, education, and regional development.

As an IT architect with us, you will work with solution architecture and information-driven development. You will be an important part of our architecture team and will:

• map and analyze needs and processes
• develop solution designs and define effective and sustainable IT solutions
• contribute to the development of our information architecture
• support digitalization initiatives through close collaboration with the business and IT

Your workplace will be in one of our locations in Kalmar, Västervik, or Oskarshamn.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant academic education in the field or equivalent experience
• experience working with solution architecture, preferably from larger organizations
• knowledge of process methods and process mapping
• interest in master data management and information-driven development

It is an advantage if you have experience working with architectural frameworks and tools.

As a person, you enjoy working in a structured manner and see the big picture in the solutions you deliver. You are communicative and adapt your way of conveying information to the recipient. We are looking for someone who often comes up with ideas and new approaches, and you thrive on collaborating with both technical and business-oriented colleagues.
