We are currently looking for someone to take on the role of Customer Responsible IT Technician at UCS IT Solutions. The company is in an exciting growth phase focusing on the Västervik region, and you will play a key role in further developing the business in the area. In the role of Customer Responsible IT Technician, you will be offered a unique opportunity to combine your technical interest with a more social and sales-oriented role. You will work as a consultant in the customers' operations and drive exciting projects based on their unique needs. At the same time, you will work to strengthen collaborations and develop business relationships locally.

Given the exciting phase that UCS IT Solutions is in, there are good opportunities for further development in the role and eventually work more with project management or as a Team Leader, depending on what you are passionate about.

We believe that you who are applying have several years of work experience in the IT industry and feel confident in your technical skills. You also have a genuine interest in people and are a communicative relationship builder. Perhaps you are a technician who has worked with IT for a few years and now feels ready for a role where you can utilize both your technical skills and your more communicative, trustworthy, and sales-oriented side.

We also believe that the following points apply to you:

• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Experience in areas/technologies such as Storage and backup, VMware, Citrix, networking, switches, routing, and firewalls.
• A strong technical interest and a desire to stay updated on new technologies.
• Education in IT, either from a vocational college or at a university level, but this is not a requirement.
• You communicate well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Driver's license B and access to a car.

To thrive in the role, you are communicative, service-oriented, and used to juggling many tasks at once. You are driven by creating genuine relationships and finding the right solutions for your customers and their operations. If you come from the Västervik region and have built a network there, we see this as an advantage.

We also believe that you are great at problem-solving, responsible, and solution-oriented. You always strive to do a good job and make customers happy. Your experience has made you confident in working independently and making your own decisions, while also being a team player who enjoys working in a team.
