About the program

The Accelerator Program lasts for 7 months and consists of two main parts. During the first part, you will gain a fundamental understanding and certification for Infor CloudSuite and the M3 business system. The remaining part will focus on deepening your knowledge in Supply Chain or Finance through instructor-led teaching, case studies, practical training, and certification. You will also receive training in areas such as consulting skills, presentation techniques, and project methodology – all to prepare you as much as possible for your consulting role. During the accelerator program, you will follow our experienced consultants in their assignments, participate in client meetings, and receive practical guidance and valuable insights. But it doesn’t stop there! We will set a long-term plan to ensure your continued professional development.

What happens next?

After the program, you will work as an Associate Business Consultant with Infor CloudSuite and M3 on exciting local and global projects. Your tasks in the projects will vary – everything from requirement specification and understanding the client's business to configuration and integration in the platform, participating in workshops, and providing support during go-lives. Who are you?

You have a curiosity for processes and are naturally a relationship builder and problem solver. In this role, we are looking for someone interested in logistics or finance - and who also has the desire to delve into the technical aspects!

With a willingness to learn new things and a portion of patience and drive, you will have a good chance of becoming a successful business consultant with us. The training will be conducted in both Swedish and English, so you need to be fluent in both spoken and written forms of both languages.

• Relevant higher education – e.g., Industrial Economics
• It is an advantage if you have work experience in some of our focus industries - Distribution, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Equipment, Life Science, and Finance.

Extra points if you have previously worked with business systems such as M3, IFS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
