About the job

We are looking for an employee who wants to contribute to the development of our CAD operations and who also has an interest and knowledge in order systems. You will be welcomed into a close-knit group where you will have the opportunity to create added value for the entire organization.

In this role, you will work with CAD assignments varied with administrative tasks in our business systems. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for someone who wants to help develop both the team and the company.

Your tasks will consist of both industry-specific and traditional office tasks. In this combined role, you will primarily work with CAD for jewelry design, 3D printing, creating price lists, and developing our business system.

Your role will partly include tasks that we in the administrative team share, such as order reception and customer service via phone and email, price calculations, invoicing, and packaging. The position contains many parts, and we will train you gradually on the parts you have not previously been in contact with. Our goal is always for several to possess important basic knowledge in our operations so that we can always help each other.

The work is scheduled on weekdays, full-time between 08:00–17:00. You will work from the office in Bergkvara. Hybrid work is not offered.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

● High school diploma

● Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

● Experience in CAD or a strong interest in learning

To thrive in the role, we see that you have experience with administrative business systems and digital tools. We also see that you have basic knowledge of Excel.

Good to know

The employment is a fixed-term position for one year with good chances of extension and permanent employment. Start date according to agreement and individual salary setting.
