About the role

As a network technician at Itsam, you will be crucial in ensuring stability, security, and availability in the IT operations of the member municipalities, including the integration between ClearPass and FortiGate products. You will participate in the operation and development of technical infrastructure and its applications, manage development tasks from goal formulation to documentation, monitor and optimize network performance, and implement and manage security measures to protect the members' network infrastructure. Additionally, you will solve various issues and provide support for complex problems.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Further education in networking and at least 2 years of work experience in the field, or at least 3 years of work experience if you are not educated in the field.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you have an interest in network security and want to develop in this area, it is a merit.
