About the position

In the role of test specialist with us, you will work in a cross-functional agile team with developers, requirements analysts, and investigators to ensure the agency's deliveries. You will be responsible for designing and executing tests, analyzing test results, and performing test case programming. You will develop and maintain test automation and test data.

You will work closely with your colleagues, and together you will be responsible for the quality of the code created. You will drive development together to create our future digital health data solutions. The team is technically at the forefront, and you will take significant personal responsibility for the testing part of the team's work while also contributing to the whole.

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant education in IT/software/programming or equivalent work experience
• several years of current experience in independently designing test cases, using test automation tools, and testing APIs
• experience in programming
• good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have:

• current experience with testing tools such as ReadyAPI, Cypress, or Playwright
• current experience with continuous testing of pipelines/CI/CD
• current experience working in complex system environments in government or other large organizations.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Kalmar or Stockholm. The work may involve business travel, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For some tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
