We are now looking for an engaged colleague for a company near Örebro.

Job Description

In the role of automation electrician/PLC programmer, you will be a key person in the entire chain, from idea to finished plant. You will work with software development, system integration, and commissioning – both at the home office and at the company's customers' sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and programming of control cabinets with control systems (PLC) and higher-level systems (HMI/SCADA).
• Troubleshooting, optimization, and further development of existing systems.
• Participation in commissioning and testing in test environments as well as on-site at installations.
• Create technical documentation and instructions.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and a natural problem solver. You are structured in your approach to work and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Relevant education in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in programming, preferably in Siemens TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT.
• Knowledge of industrial networks (e.g., Profinet, EtherCAT) and machine safety.
• Category B driver's license, as travel within the role occurs.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience with Elprocad or E-plan.
