About the role
As Technical Support at Elon Group, you will become part of an engaged and close-knit team of five colleagues who together have extensive experience within the company. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, and the company's technicians to deliver high-quality service and solve technical challenges. In the role of technical support, you are expected to become an expert on the products and will receive continuous training to provide customers with the right and efficient help. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to influence your daily work and be involved in creating and updating routines and product manuals within the team.

Responsibilities
- Handling and assessment of incoming fault reports
- Troubleshooting and product follow-up for white goods, air source heat pumps, and household items
- Technical support in contact with both service technicians, stores, and customers regarding products under Elon's own brands – Elvita and Canvac
- Conducting service training for technicians
We are looking for you who
- Have a technical background, whether from education, previous work roles, or personal interest
- Have good technical understanding and excellent computer skills, with experience working in multiple different systems simultaneously
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as this is part of daily work
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge of electrical technology and experience reading electrical diagrams
