The above-ground Electrical Department at Zinkgruvan is now looking for a new team member.

We are a cohesive department currently consisting of 3 shift-working industrial electricians, 4 day-shift industrial electricians, 1 instrument electrician, and 3 office staff members.

Zinkgruvan owns several properties under our management, and we are now seeking an electrician whose primary responsibility will be to maintain these facilities.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical installations
• Maintenance of lighting, central systems, and building installations
• Installations in residential and office premises
• Documentation and self-inspections
• Customer contact and service
• Reporting time, materials, and deviations in the maintenance system

We are looking for an experienced electrician who is comfortable working independently and enjoys taking initiative.

We prefer candidates with a background as a service electrician or building electrician.

As we have not had a dedicated electrician for these tasks before, you will have the opportunity to help establish efficient and effective working methods for these responsibilities.

You will also be expected to step in and assist with work at the concentrator plant when needed, so experience in the industrial sector is an advantage.
