We are now looking for two special needs teachers (speciallärare) for Malmaskolan F-9 and Bettna School.

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher with us, you will become an important part of a work team at Malmaskolan, where we jointly strive to run and develop the school. You will help shape a learning environment and meaningful leisure time where every student is given the opportunity to reach their goals.

We are looking for certified special needs teachers with good pedagogical and didactic skills. We are looking for you who want to work based on our keywords and who can adapt teaching according to the student's needs. Your task is to provide students with the prerequisites to develop as far as possible. We prefer that you have competencies in reading and writing acquisition, or alternatively, are a special needs teacher with a focus on mathematics.

We have a need for special needs teachers who can plan and conduct teaching for students who require special support at both group and individual levels.

You will work with students from grades F-9 together with our special needs teacher team, which consists of special needs teachers and special educators. Together with other school staff, you will actively participate in the school's development work, and you are expected to work collegially with your colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• Knowledge of language-developing working methods.
• Experience and knowledge of teaching students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD).
• A salutogenic approach (focus on health and well-being factors).
