We are now looking for a repair technician who wants to become an important part of our team in the East area – an area that accounts for approximately half of our rental housing stock in the eastern parts of Värnamo, Bor, and Rydaholm.

Your responsibilities

As a repair technician at Finnvedsbostäder, you have an important mission – to work together with your colleagues to create the conditions for our tenants to thrive and feel safe in their homes.

You work with varied tasks in and around our properties and are often the one who meets tenants in their daily lives. This means that your social side and service focus are just as important as your technical skills.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of white goods, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Responsible for information and feedback regarding repair work
• Participate in preventive measures regarding safety, fire, and security.
• Purchasing of materials
• Minor maintenance projects.
• On-call duty for urgent faults outside of regular working hours.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is handy, positive, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset. You thrive in close collaboration with colleagues, spread energy, and have an easy time building good relationships. You enjoy meeting different types of people and treat everyone with respect and warmth.

You are also solution-oriented and have a work style characterized by responsibility and initiative.

Formal requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• General computer skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Upper secondary education in electrical, construction, or plumbing, and/or relevant professional experience
