Vätterhem is looking for a Building Manager for the Råslätt administration area! As an employee at Vätterhem, you will help create sustainable and safe neighborhoods where everyone feels comfortable, community, and hope for the future.

The Råslätt administration area currently consists of 56 employees in various professional roles. We are looking for a Building Manager who is responsible for both preventive and corrective property maintenance within their geographical area of responsibility.

Main responsibilities:

• Internal and external property maintenance
• Cleaning
• Gardening
• Contact with tenants
• Processing of fault reports
• Simple repair work
• Preliminary inspection and building manager inspection
• Patrols, fire, water, and playground supervision

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of Building Manager, you have completed an education at the upper secondary level. If you have an education focused on property maintenance, it is an advantage. We see that you have at least three years of professional experience from a service-oriented job with daily customer contact. Previous professional experience in property maintenance, green area maintenance, crafts (e.g., carpenter, electrician, or plumber) or local care is meritorious.

You are required to have a driver's license for a passenger car to get around in our areas. A requirement for the position is that you are used to working with a computer and mobile phone as work tools. You communicate without hindrance in Swedish, both orally and in writing, with both colleagues and tenants. If you also master other languages, we see it as meritorious.
