About the position

As a fiber splicer, you will work on the client's projects, primarily in the Småland highlands and surrounding areas. This position suits you if you enjoy practical work, technical solutions, and want to be a key part of implementing fiber installations.

The staffing assignment may lead to direct employment with the client after six months for the right candidate. Employment is with Montico. Collective agreement: The Installation Agreement.

Job Description

In the role of a fiber splicer, your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Fiber splicing and termination
• Cable pulling
• Fiber measurement (OTDR and dB)
• Simple blowing of building networks

The work involves significant personal responsibility and close contact with both colleagues and clients.

We are looking for someone who

Is interested in technology, is meticulous, and has a strong commitment to their work. You work in a structured manner, are service-oriented, and have good communication skills. Long experience is not required; the right attitude and basic competence are most important.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license
• Training in fiber termination

Meritorious:

• Category BE driver's license
• Experience with fiber installations
• Electrical competence
