How you will make an impact

As a technician, you will work within and report to the Maintenance Organization. You will be part of the team working with equipment in the warehouse or production areas.

The role involves ensuring high technical availability and stable operation of our machinery through daily service, structured preventive maintenance, and, if necessary, swift and safe handling of acute faults. Your main focus will be:

• Performing preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan. This is primarily on equipment within your own area of responsibility, but you will also support other technicians with tasks when needed.
• Performing corrective maintenance and being the first point of contact for acute fault resolution.
• Contributing to improvements of the maintenance plan and its content, primarily within your own area of responsibility.

In your daily work, you will combine a strategic mindset with an operational focus on execution and the desire to increase operator-resolved maintenance. Therefore, your strong interest in sharing knowledge and collaboratively finding good solutions is a key strength.

What will make you successful

You have a strong interest in technology and production flows. As a maintenance technician, we require good collaboration skills, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach.

We know you are a highly responsible person with a high degree of precision and a burning interest in technology and service. The ability to work both independently and in a team makes you a winner with us. You have a high level of proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written) and are comfortable with English.

• Experience with technical equipment in the industrial sector.
• Good computer skills; experience working in SAP is an advantage.
• Collaboration skills, demonstrated by the ability to participate in cross-functional forums with the aforementioned partners.
• Ability to take the initiative and drive forward within your areas of responsibility.
• Vocational high school or post-secondary technical education (mechanics/electrical/automation) or equivalent experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Advantageous experience with servo/robotics, vision/camera systems, coding, reading electrical schematics, experience in electrical installation, and basics of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
