Your responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the facility, machines, and production equipment in collaboration with the maintenance manager.
• Troubleshooting regarding mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity.
• Participation in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Work on improvement measures and root cause analysis to optimize production.
• Document completed work and follow up on maintenance plans.
• Collaborate closely with production and other departments.

Your profile

We are now looking for a maintenance technician for our operations in Sävsjö Municipality. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the operation of our machines and production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvements of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.

• Technical education in maintenance, hydraulics, welding, mechanics, automation, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in industry, production, or technology.
• A strong technical interest and willingness to develop within maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy learning new things.
• Take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience with CNC machines or automated production lines.
• Knowledge of PLC and control systems.
• Forklift license or lift training.
