Job Responsibilities and Duties

As a Security Technician with us in Nässjö, you will have a varied and developmental role where your work is crucial in creating safe and sustainable environments. We are looking for you who have good experience with fire alarms, but we also value competence in several security areas such as intrusion alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. You work both independently and in teams, primarily ensuring, servicing, and installing innovative fire protection and security solutions ranging from commercial properties to industries and public operations.

Your main responsibilities:

Perform service, troubleshooting, and installations of fire alarms and other security areas.
Plan and carry out new installations as well as modernization of existing technical systems.
Independently drive and report on assignments and projects.
Contribute to active improvement work and sustainable working environments with a focus on safety.
Build long-term customer relationships and act as an advisory partner.

Qualifications and Experience

Vocational upper secondary education in areas such as electricity, telecommunications technology, or equivalent.
3 years of previous experience as a security technician within fire alarms, fire technician, or a corresponding role.
3 years of previous work experience in the installation and commissioning of fire alarms.
Knowledge of current regulations, standards, and safety regulations regarding fire protection.
Valid driver's license (Category B).
Previous experience with intrusion alarms, access control systems, and CCTV is considered a merit.

This position may involve undergoing a security clearance based on current regulations regarding security protection. To be eligible for employment in this position, approval is required from a background check by the Swedish Police Authority.
