Job Responsibilities

As a property maintenance technician, you work close to the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Maintenance and cleaning of exterior surfaces
• Corrective measures
• Carrying out minor improvement works
• Property rounds/inspections

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Upper secondary education
• Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
• Good computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Office.
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a property maintenance technician here, you are engaged and like order and cleanliness. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that things look neat and clean. For you, service and a sense of responsibility are second nature, and you are comfortable working independently. You like to maintain a high pace without compromising on quality.
