Job Description

As a Service Technician at Labotek, you will work on-site providing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. A significant part of the role also involves installing new facilities, working both independently and as part of a team. You will also act as a technical advisor to customers regarding improvements and development.

You will be home-based and travel Monday through Thursday, with Fridays to Sundays off. You enjoy traveling and have a lifestyle that allows you to work from home for a large part of the week. Your primary territory is southern Sweden, though the entire Nordic region is covered by this position.

Profile

We are primarily looking for candidates with experience as a service technician. However, recently graduated maintenance technicians or those early in their careers are also welcome to apply. You should have knowledge of control and regulation systems, and we value good skills in electrical work, mechanics, and technical drawing.

The most important qualities for us are a genuine interest in the field and strong practical skills, as the role demands precision and technical understanding. We value candidates who see opportunities rather than problems, are service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in collaborative environments.

You enjoy solving technical challenges where you can apply your creativity while utilizing your technical expertise. Cost awareness and a long-term perspective in your work are considered essential. Documentation is a natural part of your daily routine.

Good proficiency in English is required, while German skills are a plus. A valid driver's license (Class B) is mandatory.
