You will step into a business-critical IT transition within a large public organization with outsourced IT operations and many dependencies between suppliers, internal functions, and the business. As new contracts for IT operations and related services take shape, a strong project manager on the client side is needed to hold together the transition from the current supplier to a new actor.

You will become the lead project manager for the organization's part of the transition and the natural point of contact for the supplier's project organization. The role combines strategic direction with operational coordination and suits you who are comfortable in complex Enterprise environments where ITSM/support processes, technical migration, business-critical IT infrastructure, and clear governance need to work together. • You develop and follow up on the project plan and activities together with the supplier and internal project team.
• You drive the coordination of decisions from steering group meetings and follow up on risks, dependencies, and deliveries.
• You act as the connecting link between the supplier's project organization and the internal project organization.
• You plan, allocate, and coordinate the efforts that need to be carried out internally.
• You ensure clear communication planning towards the business.
• You work closely with internal resources and function owners to maintain direction and pace in the transition.
• You monitor the budget and contribute to the project being driven with good control.
• You are the hub and escalation point for internal stakeholders throughout the implementation.

• You have very good knowledge of project management for IT transitions at the Enterprise level, where assignments have covered multiple service areas, multiple suppliers/stakeholders, business-critical IT infrastructure, establishment or transition of ITSM/support processes, technical migration/takeover, and governance towards the steering group.
• You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the role of project manager.
• You have experience from at least two assignments as lead project manager or program manager for completed IT transitions at the Enterprise level on the client side, or in a corresponding leading role responsible for governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery approval.
• You have documented experience in supplier management and collaboration with multiple parties, including new supplier, outgoing supplier, internal businesses, and steering group.

• You have experience with larger IT assignments within municipal operations, region, government agency, or other public organizations with complex stakeholder structures, requirements for formal governance, information security, public access/confidentiality, and procured supplier contracts.
• You have experience as a project manager in several of the areas IT operations, IT workplace, servicedesk, ITSM, network, identity, client management, security, and cloud/hybrid environments.
