Your role as Senior Backend Developer

In this role, you work on developing backend solutions in Python closely linked to networking and infrastructure. You become part of a team working with complex and business-critical systems where stability, control, and high quality are crucial.

You will be involved in the entire development process - from design and implementation to testing and further development - and work closely with colleagues and other technical disciplines. The role also involves contributing your experience to the team, driving the work forward, and supporting others in their technical development.

You work in an environment where technical depth is important and where solutions often place high demands on robustness and security. At the same time, you contribute to creating smart and sustainable solutions that strengthen both our capabilities and society as a whole.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong technical background in backend development and thrive in a role where you can combine programming with network-related work. You have several years of experience working with Python and are accustomed to working in agile teams where you take responsibility and contribute to the team's common goals.

You have a good understanding of networking and infrastructure and feel comfortable in environments where systems are complex and requirements are high. As a person, you are driven, curious, and have a strong technical interest. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting others, while also having the ability to drive your own work forward.

If you have experience in a leading role, such as Tech Lead or Team Lead, we consider this advantageous. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, both orally and in writing.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
