About the opportunity
We are looking for a Business Systems Administrator to play a key role in the management and continuous improvement of our business-critical systems. You will be responsible for supporting and developing a portfolio of systems used across the organization, supporting day-to-day system performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The role combines system administration, process understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with business users, process owners, IT, and external vendors to ensure that our systems support the organization's needs efficiently, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. As part of our ongoing development, you will also contribute to establishing and maintaining a common framework for system governance and administration across multiple systems.
Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate the administration and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.
- Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders, users, IT, and external system suppliers.
- Investigate and resolve system incidents, deviations, and user-reported issues in a structured way.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations, providing user support and training as required.
- Support change management, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality.
- Ensure that system documentation, procedures, and user instructions are maintained and up to date, ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to digitalization, process improvement initiatives, and system development projects, participating in the development and implementation of a common system management framework and best practices across the organization.

Essential
- Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing or administering business-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how IT systems support operational activities.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, and external suppliers.
- Experience in documentation, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Structured and process-oriented way of working.
Desirable
- Experience working within regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratory operations, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 13485, GMP, or similar.
- Experience with system governance frameworks such as pm3, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Experience leading system implementation or improvement projects.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, LIMS, planning, or other business-critical systems.
- Experience with systems such as LIMS, CDS, or similar platforms.
