The Elderly Care in Umeå Municipality aims to be a resource that frees and strengthens people's ability to live an independent life, through proximity and interaction. The Home Care Service is responsible for care and rehabilitation in patients' homes.

We are now looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team!

Your responsibilities

As an Operations Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks in the Home Care Service together with colleagues. You will be responsible for personnel planning and short-term staffing, ordering, and invoicing, on behalf of the manager. You will handle many internal and external contacts every day. The role also involves practical tasks such as receiving goods and assisting the operations in various contexts.

About you

We are looking for you with a high school education and experience in personnel planning, scheduling, and invoicing. You also have experience working with the Office package, and experience with the municipality's systems Personec, Proceedo, and Hälsoärende is a plus. Furthermore, a Category B driver's license is required.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have good social competence and thrive with frequent contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, and receptive with strong social skills. The work pace and workload can vary, which requires the ability to prioritize, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and work independently. Personal suitability is of great importance.
