When the Norrbothnian Line is completed, with its travel center in central Robertsfors, the commuting time between Robertsfors and the neighboring cities will be halved. Robertsfors Municipality has just over 750 monthly employees.

Administrator for the Community Development Office

We are now looking for an administrator for the Community Development Office. The community development sector is responsible for property, streets, parks, water, sewage, waste management, meals, local maintenance, construction and environment, as well as traffic planning, and provides service to municipal residents, businesses, and internal operations.

Your Assignment

As an administrator, you are responsible for the ongoing handling and processing of workflows within the Community Development Office.

You work close to the operations and are an administrative support to both managers and colleagues. The role involves many contact points and varied work where structure, service, and legally secure processing are central parts.

The assignment includes, among other things:

  • Diary registration and handling of incoming documents
  • Processing of housing adaptations
  • Administration within the Construction and Environment Office
  • Archiving and internal invoicing
  • Contact with internal and external parties
  • Certain investigation assignments

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements

  • Upper secondary education with an administrative focus or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent
  • Category B driver's license
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Merits

  • Knowledge of the Planning and Building Act and building permit processing.
  • Knowledge of municipal legislation.
  • Experience of needs assessment or authority exercise.
  • Experience of administrative work

The Employment

Permanent position, 100%.

Salary Range

33,000 - 36,000 SEK per month. The final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and a collective assessment of your competence.
