Do you want to work in a key administrative role where you contribute to safety, quality, and structure? We are now looking for an Inspection Administrator for our operations in Gothenburg.
As an Inspection Administrator, you are responsible for the administrative handling related to inspections of pressure and lifting equipment. The role is broad and varied, with tasks including invoicing, registry maintenance, customer data, contract management, and internal support. You play a vital role in ensuring our administrative processes run efficiently and with high quality.
The position has a national perspective, meaning collaboration with colleagues and operations across the country. At the same time, you have primary responsibility for your assigned sections. Travel may occur, for example, in connection with larger projects and audit stops.
About the role
In this role, you work with the administration surrounding our inspection assignments and ensure that processes and documentation maintain high quality. You will, among other things, work with invoicing, updating customer and registry data, administering customer contracts, handling supplier invoices, and providing internal support via case management and telephone. You also participate in improvement work and development initiatives aimed at streamlining working methods and administrative flows.

We are looking for someone who has
- a high school education or experience from a similar administrative role
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- experience working in CRM systems; we use Salesforce
- very good Swedish and good English skills, both verbal and written
It is an advantage if you have
- experience in administrative work related to invoicing or customer data
- experience with Visma PX or DCE
- experience working in an operation with multiple parallel flows and contact points

The position is based at our office in Gothenburg/Gamlestaden, with the possibility of working from home two days a week when operations allow.
