Our new modern headquarters in Hässleholm provides space for flexible working methods and cross-functional meetings. Here you work in an activity-based manner and choose your workstation based on your immediate needs. Our headquarters is located adjacent to the central station. You can easily travel here by train or bus from all over Scania.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Officer who wants to contribute to a stable, efficient, and service-oriented service desk function. The role involves daily user support, incident management, and technical troubleshooting in a large and complex IT environment.

You will work closely with the Helpdesk team, take ownership of cases, and contribute to high availability, good user satisfaction, and continuous improvements according to ITIL principles.

The role also includes:

  • Handling incoming cases, incidents, and orders.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within client, network, and user-facing IT.
  • Administering accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining clients and applications.
  • Documenting routines, solutions, and improvement proposals.
  • Contributing to automation, knowledge sharing, and support for junior colleagues.

The position is located in Hässleholm and requires on-site presence during working days. Some travel to other offices in Scania is included in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you have education in IT and/or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the employer. Additionally, you have several years of documented experience in service desk, technical support, or a similar role in larger IT environments. You also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Good knowledge of the following is required for the position:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Intune
  • Active Directory and permission management
  • Windows clients and client-side troubleshooting
  • Networking and remote control tools
  • Ticketing systems and ITIL processes, especially incident, request, and problem management

Experience with PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting in complex IT environments, client deployment, and handling user accounts and permissions is considered a merit.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and self-initiating. You have a strong service orientation, good communication skills, and take ownership of cases until they are resolved. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Salary according to agreement, in the range of approximately 35,000–40,000 SEK/month depending on experience and competence.
