The outpatient care department in Östra Göinge Municipality works with voluntary interventions such as counseling and various types of group activities, and also handles assistance cases related to both children and adults. We collaborate closely with various actors, such as schools and Child Health Centers (BVC). The outpatient care team consists of two field assistants, two adult therapists, and five family therapists.

Job Responsibilities

Hello! A long-time colleague is looking for a new job, and we are looking for someone who wants to become part of the outpatient care team. Here, we work from a holistic perspective, focusing on the individual's needs, well-being, and development. We believe that collaboration, both internally and externally, is of the utmost importance to provide our residents with the best possible conditions in life.

We are looking for you who want to work primarily with individuals in need of support and interventions related to harmful substance use and addiction, as well as domestic violence. You will lead both individual sessions and groups together with your colleagues, and you may occasionally assist with field visits. Some evening work may occur.

Your task will be to strengthen motivation for sobriety or release from a destructive relationship, and to collaborate to prevent placements. The work also involves finding effective outpatient care solutions together with the network and collaborating with other resources that may be available in the client's immediate environment.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you with a degree in Social Work (Social Work) or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent based on the assignment. It is an advantage if you have professional experience in both authority work and therapeutic work with adults, as well as training in network work and Signs of Safety, as our entire area of operation is permeated by this approach. You should have good knowledge of violence and its mechanisms and processes.

On our unit, we help each other, and you will have colleagues with extensive experience. We encourage working in pairs. Here you will get variety! You will sometimes be involved in family cases and sometimes conduct drug tests.

You need to have good knowledge of social documentation with a good understanding of how to work with implementation plans. It is an advantage if you are accustomed to working with SMART goals.
