About the assignment

We are looking for an interim manager on a full-time basis for our client in Nyköping, starting immediately. The role requires a confident and clear leader with a coaching approach and experience in leading teams or operations. As a person, you are present, calm, and decisive. You have the ability to create structure, set clear frameworks, and drive work forward. This role suits you if you thrive in an operational environment, can handle challenges constructively, and collaborate easily across departmental boundaries to achieve common goals.

Your responsibilities

The work primarily involves leading daily operations, managing occupational health and safety risks, and developing a requirement profile for a permanent management solution together with the department head.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting employees in their daily work, while creating clarity and engagement within the team.
• Ensuring efficient operations by planning, prioritizing, and monitoring goals, results, and work processes.

Your qualifications

The role requires, among other things, experience in handling occupational health and safety and rehabilitation issues. The client would also appreciate experience in the public sector, understanding of the authority environment, legal certainty, documentation, and formal decision-making processes.

Other qualifications include:

• Experience in management or clear leadership roles with responsibility for employees, occupational health and safety, and prioritization.
• Experience in stabilization capabilities, meaning the ability to enter unclear or burdened operations and quickly create structure, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Experience in employer practices, ability to handle employee issues, performance matters, difficult conversations, and occupational health and safety risks within given frameworks.
• Experience in occupational health and safety competence, practical experience with SAM (Systematic Occupational Health and Safety Management), risk assessment, psychosocial work environment, and collaboration with HR/Occupational Health Services.
• Experience in the public sector, understanding of the authority environment, legal certainty, documentation, and formal decision-making processes.
• A completed relevant higher education or university degree.
