We are now looking for a Planning Manager for the Service Market in Eskilstuna – a role where you combine leadership with operational drive and development.

This is the role for you if you want to make a real impact

As Planning Manager, you play a central role in ensuring our flows work – all the way from order to delivery. You lead an engaged team of delivery coordinators and ensure that planning is efficient, structured, and maintains high quality.

You also drive development forward – in working methods, processes, and systems – contributing to better delivery precision, shorter lead times, and good cost control.

You report to the Operations Manager and are a key part of turning strategy into reality.

This is what you will do

Here you will have a varied and business-close role where you, among other things:

• Lead and develop the team of delivery coordinators
• Create structure and stability in the planning work
• Ensure efficient and quality-assured planning – from order to delivery
• Work closely with sales and regions regarding forecasts and capacity planning
• Monitor utilization, capacity, and delivery outcomes
• Drive improvement work within processes and system support
• Provide operational support in daily operations and handle deviations
• Break down goals and strategy into concrete activities and monitor results
• Contribute to a safe and secure working environment and ensure guidelines are followed

Who we think you are

We believe you are a confident leader who likes to create order, get things done, and develop both people and working methods.

You have:

• A university degree in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or other relevant field
• Experience in leadership and leading teams in an operational environment
• Good understanding of planning, logistics, operations, or supply chain
• Ability to see both the big picture and the details – and turn analysis into action
• Interest in improvement work, structure, and efficiency
• A communicative and solution-oriented style
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
