Job Description

The Group for Business-Close Specialists consists of specialists in the IT field, where the goal of the position is to support projects and assignments within the IT Service Center unit and the IT department to achieve set impact goals.

To cope with the agency's rapid capacity increase, the IT Service Center unit within the IT department needs to grow quickly and has several assignments related to increased demand for IT service and support. In the unit's rapid capacity increase, we need a change leader who works closely with management and other leadership roles to facilitate the work of successfully implementing projects and assignments.

In the role of change leader, you are highly autonomous, planning and carrying out the tasks assigned to you in the projects and assignments you are part of. The role focuses on change management, developing processes, planning, and conducting various types of work meetings and workshops that you coordinate.

It is important that you are certified in change management and follow established norms and standards in change work. As a project resource, you work to pave the way for the implementation of decided assignments and projects from the IT department and the IT Service Center unit that you are part of. These projects and assignments can be of very different character, ranging from planning/preparatory to implementation projects.

Travel is included in the position as job duties and service delivery may require being physically present in other parts of the agency's operations.

Qualifications

For the position of change leader, we are looking for you who take responsibility for your tasks and can independently structure your approach to drive your work assignments.

The work involves you planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently on your own. You need to have strong relationship-building skills in professional contexts and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation without taking on the person's emotions. Furthermore, we are looking for you who have the ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and consider the broader perspective.

It is important to us that you share the Prison and Probation Service's fundamental values regarding a human view of people, respect for the individual, and belief in human will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute with your attitude to ensure that everyone is treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• An academic education in the form of final grades or a degree, or alternatively other education combined with experience that the Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
• Certification in change management
• At least 4 years of experience working as a change leader
• Experience working with business development and process work within IT service and support
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Category B driver's license

The following is also meritorious:

• Education related to IT service and support
• Education in ITIL, SAFe, or similar frameworks
• Education in project management/assignment management
• Experience working with change management in large companies or agencies
• Experience implementing ITSM system tools and processes
• Worked as a resource in IT projects with a focus on IT service and support
• Good knowledge of the Prison and Probation Service's core mission and conditions in core operations
