About the Role

SysPartner strives to maintain its personal corporate culture while offering the opportunity to work in larger organizations with complex and innovative technical solutions. As a System Developer, you will have a varied role where you become a key part of these exciting and challenging customer projects. You will be part of a driven team in Linköping, consisting of 30 people, where you and your colleagues find innovative solutions and develop tomorrow's technology. The role involves close collaboration with customers, focusing on your technical drive and problem-solving skills. You will be in the office one day a week, while the rest of the time is spent at the customer's site. Since delivering projects on time is crucial, you will work systematically, often in agile environments such as Scrum, and communicate constructively on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

The role involves varied work carried out in close collaboration with customers and the local team in Linköping.

  • Develop customized software solutions based on customers' specific needs and technical challenges.
  • Program in languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java based on project requirements.
  • Work systematically with problem-solving and technical design.
  • Participate actively in agile development teams.
  • Communicate technical solutions and progress to both customers and colleagues.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in computer science, programming, or equivalent.
  • Have 2–5 years of experience in software or system development.
  • Have advanced knowledge in C, Python, and/or Java, with a particular interest in hardware-near development.
  • Have experience with agile development methods such as Scrum.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which is required for internal and external collaborations.

The position may require you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions requiring security classification, citizenship requirements may apply in certain cases.
