Working hours are spread over the day and night, including on-call shifts and day shifts.

The client in question is a positive and active woman in her 50s who requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more.

The client enjoys going on outings, shopping, and happily accepts offers for coffee breaks when available.

The client places great importance on having a tidy and well-kept home.

The client needs patient assistants who are also direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, which demands a high degree of flexibility from you.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You will be part of a large work group consisting of engaged and positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly defined routines and implementation plans for all daily activities.

The ideal candidate should be mature in how they handle different situations, whether demanding or less demanding.

Patience, humor, understanding, and the ability to take initiative are very important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, responsive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance is required, but personal suitability will weigh the most heavily.

The client prefers female applicants.
