About the Role

Perhaps you currently work as a Production Technician, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Materials Engineer, or Metallurgist. Regardless of your title, we are looking for you who are driven by developing processes, solving technical challenges, and creating improvements that make a real difference.

Depending on your experience, there is an opportunity to work with various specialist areas, ranging from production flows, business development, and efficiency to materials technology, metallurgy, and the development of manufacturing processes. What the roles have in common is that you work close to the operations, take significant responsibility, and have the opportunity to influence both working methods and future investments.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you have a technical university degree and experience from the manufacturing industry. You have a structured approach to work and a genuine interest in technology, quality, and improvement work. Experience with production planning, quality methodology, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is advantageous, but most importantly, we value your willingness to develop both the business and the people around you.
