As a Maintenance Technician at Frescati, you have a technical generalist role where, together with 3 other maintenance technicians, you share joint responsibility for our properties, which range from lecture halls to modern laboratories. You are the customer's first point of contact for operational issues, responsible for ensuring a good customer experience in everyday life. The area includes everything from new premises with installations at the forefront regarding technical standards, innovation, and sustainability, to buildings from the last century where our work on developing and energy-efficientizing the buildings is important.

Responsibilities

• In your role, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned buildings and assist in the preparation and implementation of maintenance plans.
• You handle fault reports, tenant services, and rounds of the building and grounds.
• In the role, you meet both customers and tenants in your daily work and actively contribute to good customer dialogue.
• Furthermore, you collaborate closely with others in the team, such as maintenance technicians, specialists, and property managers, to create value and efficiency together.
• You are based at Frescati and report to the Group Manager of Operations, Technology & Service.

• Extensive experience in property management and a strong interest in properties and technology.
• Technical or property-oriented education from upper secondary school with further education from a university college or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technical installations for: power and lighting, ventilation, plumbing and HVAC systems, control and regulation technology, energy and climate issues.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish.
• Good computer skills.
• A B-driver's license is required.
• A background check will be conducted on final candidates.
