As part of Troax Group's continued development, we are now strengthening our maintenance organization with a new role. This initiative reflects our ambition to develop a more preventive, structured, and long-term maintenance approach. Here, you will become part of an engaged team where you have the opportunity to influence how we move forward. The role is based at Garantell in Värnamo but also involves work at Troax in Hillerstorp. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development of maintenance work at both units.

This is a broad and developmental role for you who want to be involved in developing maintenance work, not just daily maintenance. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will become part of our maintenance team and play a key role in developing our maintenance processes and creating a more preventive, structured, and long-term maintenance approach. The role combines long-term planning, analysis, and technical development with close collaboration out in the operations. One day you analyze recurring operational disruptions and plan future maintenance efforts; the next day, you work together with production, maintenance, and other functions to identify improvement opportunities, develop our working methods, and create long-term solutions. You will also become an important part of the implementation of our new maintenance system and have the opportunity to help shape the future of maintenance work within both Garantell and Troax.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan, develop, and follow up on preventive maintenance.
• Drive the development of a more structured and long-term maintenance approach.
• Participate in the implementation and development of our new maintenance system.
• Analyze operational disruptions and conduct root cause analyses to reduce unplanned stoppages.
• Drive improvement work related to operational safety, availability, and maintenance processes.
• Contribute to investments, renovations, and new installations of machines and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and other functions to develop working methods and create long-term solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
We believe you have experience from manufacturing industry and have worked in maintenance, production technology, or another technical role. You have an interest in technology, are driven by developing working methods, and are motivated by finding long-term solutions that create a more efficient and operationally safe maintenance process. Experience with preventive maintenance, maintenance systems, or improvement work is considered an asset. You are analytical, structured, and curious, while also thriving in collaboration with others and working close to operations where you have the opportunity to turn ideas into concrete improvements. You take initiative and see opportunities to develop both working methods and processes. We place great importance on your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.
