Then the role of Cold Kitchen Chef (Kallskänka) at Westers might be for you! We are now looking for a Cold Kitchen Chef for our production kitchen in Bromma for a parental leave replacement on a full-time basis, with a planned start in September–October 2026 and an estimated duration until January 2028. Working at Westers as a Cold Kitchen Chef involves varied and creative work, where some of the main tasks include:

• Preparing and making salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other cold dishes
• Preparing appetizers, buffets, and catering orders
• Responsible for the layout and decoration of dishes
• Handling ingredients according to current food and hygiene regulations
• Ensuring correct storage and contributing to reducing food waste
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure an efficient workflow
• Packing and preparing catering deliveries

The work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours at our production kitchen in Bromma. As needed, you will also work on-site at our events and catering assignments, where you help ensure that the food is presented and delivered according to Westers' high quality standards. You will have the support of our skilled team consisting of head chefs, sous chefs, cooks, and serving staff.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and hardworking. You pick up new instructions easily, have good teamwork skills, and are not afraid to take initiative. You are passionate about maintaining high quality and are a problem solver who sees opportunities when challenges arise. You are self-motivated but also thrive in a team environment. You have a genuine interest in food, flavor, and presentation and want to help deliver world-class experiences to our customers.

We would like you to:

• Have education within the restaurant and food industry or equivalent experience
• Have at least two years of work experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar role
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience in catering and event operations
• Knowledge of HACCP
