Responsibilities

In the bakery section, the primary task is to produce cakes and pastries. Since we sell large volumes of baked goods, we place great value on previous experience with high-volume sales.

We also produce sandwiches, coffee breads, and cookies for sale in both the café and the shop.

Good knowledge of production within a bakery or similar setting, as well as knowledge of self-control procedures, is a merit for the position, but a burning interest in the products is a prerequisite. We value your ability to work both in a team and independently, as well as your contribution of engagement and joy to the team. Providing excellent service to our customers is second nature to you.

The bakery is located together with our Bistro, and collaboration with the bistro staff is a natural part of the workday.

Our concept is important to us, so we value the ability to follow recipes and routines, as well as creating good conditions on the department floor so that production and workflows function smoothly.

The shop is open from 09:00 to 20:00 every day. Our Bistro is also open year-round until 19:00, so evening and weekend work is a natural part of the job. However, most shifts in the bakery section are during daytime hours.

As a shop salesperson in the bakery, you will also work on other departments in the shop when needed. Serving customers at the checkout is included in all positions at Eko.

The Position

This is a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Start date: During August, or as agreed.
