We are currently looking for a dedicated hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby.
Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 rooms. We offer a permanent position with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
We use the Mews PMS system and Vingcard access control. We have a collective agreement and salary is paid according to the agreement.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include standard reception duties such as bookings, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and coordinating housekeeping. The role also involves serving food and beverages and assisting with breakfast service. We are looking for employees who are flexible and can work both weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
- You can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of booking systems (we use Mews).
- You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile.
- You can work independently.
- You have a few years of experience from hotel reception.
