Then this job is for you! We are now looking for a Mechanical Designer for our operations in Säffle, with the possibility of working a few days a week from our office in Karlstad.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Designer, you belong to our design and development team, consisting of about 20 cheerful and tech-savvy colleagues. As a Designer with us, you have a central role where you participate in projects and assignments ranging from the customer's initial request to delivery. In your role, you are involved in design work, calculations, and product development of valves and actuators. Development projects and daily work are coordinated and planned using pulse methodology. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in marketing, purchasing, service, production, etc.

WHO ARE YOU?

We want you, the applicant, to have a relevant educational background in mechanical engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience, as well as experience with CAD systems; we use Autodesk Inventor. If you have also worked as a project manager, this is a merit.

The work is often project-based, where high demands are placed on flexibility and teamwork. Helping your colleagues and sharing your knowledge is second nature to you. A certain part of our communication takes place in English, so we expect you to have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
