We are now looking for a registered nurse at 100% to Attendo Varvsvägen SÄBO in Vårby, Huddinge.

About the role Here, you will have a varied and developmental role where your competence is truly valued. You are responsible for care plans, medical assessments, and emergency interventions, while contributing to safe and high-quality palliative care.

We have a salutogenic approach, which means we place great emphasis on maintaining function and health among our residents. Here, you work independently with significant personal responsibility and have an important leadership role where you mentor and support care staff. You are part of a competent team and a larger network of nurses.

The residence has 79 places, of which 9 are short-term places for people with dementia.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious if you also have

• Experience from working in private care services
• Experience of mentoring
• Education in dementia, geriatrics, and/or district nursing.
