In Helsingborg, Capio operates a general psychiatric clinic for adults on behalf of Region Skåne. The care is provided according to an agreement with Region Skåne, meaning the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

The role of a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with us involves independently working with assessments, motivational interviews, health-promoting conversations, examinations, sample collections, and patient treatments.

You are a trained nursing assistant and hold a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).

The ideal candidate is a licensed nursing assistant with experience in psychiatry, confident in both personality and profession, and has a patient-focused approach. Experience with treatments such as r-TMS or ECT is meritorious. We would also appreciate if you have experience working clinically in a psychiatric clinic or inpatient ward. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, with the ability to organize your work efficiently. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic mindset with the patient's needs in focus.
