Are you a pediatrician looking for more time with your patients?

Do you often feel that time is running out and that you have to fight for care spots? We are currently looking for a dedicated pediatrician for a hospital offering a unique work environment in a place where balance and tranquility prevail – or at least close to it.

This hospital treats children and adolescents aged 0 to 18. With a population base of approximately 30,000 residents, the diagnostic scope is broad, offering you the opportunity to encounter both common and rare diagnoses. The clinic is well-organized and includes both an eating disorders clinic and a child psychiatric outpatient clinic.

There are two intensive care beds and ample space on the ward. Collaboration between clinics works very well, and both colleagues and nurses maintain high competence. The work environment at the hospital is characterized by a good atmosphere and an open climate. The major challenge – and opportunity – is that you will work broadly, providing you with excellent development opportunities. We also see the potential for you to become a department manager in the future.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a specialist in child and adolescent medicine
  • Wants to work broadly within your field
  • Has several years of experience as a specialist and is competent to handle on-call duties
  • Can work independently and take significant personal responsibility
  • Is interested in developing and improving operations
  • Has an interest in mentoring and further training of BT/AT, ST, and others within the clinic
  • Has good leadership qualities and is an excellent communicator

Life outside of work

Here you will find a simpler lifestyle with proximity to nature, some of Northern Europe's best schools, and good housing options. All of this without compromising connections to larger cities like Stockholm when you wish to travel. And yes, you will have time for leisure!

We look forward to telling you more about the position, the clinic, and the area. Please feel free to contact us for more information!
