In the role of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that everyone can live life, for life. This can range from conversing, playing games, going on excursions, or finding fun activities to do together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are looking for several new colleagues for permanent positions on a full-time or part-time basis. Probationary employment applies.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• A B driver's license and the ability to cycle

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience within home care.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
