As a Service Desk Agent, you will become part of Samhall's internal IT service desk in Örebro. Here, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who provide support to internal employees across the country every day. You will become an important part of the team, helping users with technical issues via phone and ticketing systems. These issues may include troubleshooting computers, phones, and printers, managing user accounts, and guiding employees in the use of technical equipment.

You are expected to work from the office initially, but there is potential to work from home occasionally in the future. The work schedule is flexible and adapted to Samhall's needs and your availability. During the summer period, there is an opportunity for full-time work.

Responsibilities

Below are examples of tasks you will be working on, to varying degrees depending on your experience.

  • Provide technical support to users via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Register, troubleshoot, and follow up on IT-related tickets.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Help users troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the service desk.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a post-secondary student in IT.
  • Has at least 1.5 years remaining in their studies.
  • Has a strong interest in IT and technology.
  • Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you

  • Have previous experience in customer service, service desk, or technical support.
  • Have previous experience working with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Have experience working in Windows environments.
  • Have experience working with Microsoft platforms and services, such as Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure Active Directory (AAD), or Intune.
