Customer Service Representative for Göta Engineer Regiment

Main Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will handle a variety of tasks, including:

• You will work together with several technical customer service representatives to administer the maintenance needs of the Swedish Armed Forces' internal customers, converting them into orders within and outside the Swedish Armed Forces, both nationally and internationally.
• You will be involved in planning, preparing, and reporting on maintenance production directed towards the Swedish Armed Forces' workshops and inspection units, as well as civilian suppliers.
• You will support customers with troubleshooting and simple corrective maintenance, primarily regarding vehicle technology.
• You will assess maintenance measures based on your technical competence.
• You will support inquiries and investigations regarding technical services.
• You will receive and deliver equipment to customers, representing them towards various maintenance suppliers.
• You will book maintenance work at workshops and inspection units, as well as plan transports to and from these locations.
• You will provide support with transports to workshops.

You will also serve as a practical support for other areas of the customer service department, such as the garrison's car pool operations and the operation of our washing and care facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent knowledge assessed by the employer as equivalent.
• Work experience from customer service in vehicle-related operations, or alternatively within vehicle technology.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Merits

• Category C, CE driver's licenses and front-end loader operator certificate.
• Experience with the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Knowledge of/experience with the systems SAP/PRIO/LIFT.

Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2) is Sweden's only engineer regiment. The regiment recruits and trains officers and soldiers for engineer units with specialized competence to perform qualified field work for national and international tasks.
