As a High Ropes Guide, you will be our safe haven among the treetops! Here you get to combine responsibility, teamwork, and adrenaline every day. You ensure our guests have fun and stay safe, while you yourself get to develop and challenge yourself.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily high-altitude safety checks of activities and equipment
• Thorough safety briefing with all guests
• Ensure that rules and routines are followed by both guests and colleagues

Your Profile

To succeed in the high ropes team, you are a service-oriented and reliable team player who thrives at heights. We expect you to be responsible, flexible, and physically fit. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups and do your best to ensure our guests have the best and safest experience possible. Since the role involves significant guest contact, you must speak fluent Swedish and English. Experience in similar work or familiarity with high-altitude activities is a plus.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours vary according to Sommarland's opening hours, generally between 09:30–18:30 every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position at 50–100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other terms are according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. As a High Ropes Guide, you will undergo a mandatory 3-day training course for working at heights. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping site for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

About Us

Leksand Sommarland Amusement Park in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Behind the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions include the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser Tag, High Ropes courses for all ages, and of course, our Waterland with temperature-controlled pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer staff welcome up to 6,000 guests per day.
