About the role

As a support technician with us, you will help our customers in various industries and locations, meaning no two days are alike. You will work with support and problem-solving via phone, email, and chat, and sometimes directly on-site with the customer. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop and broaden your IT skills.

The role includes among other things:

• Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of systems and applications.
• Providing technical support and advice in areas such as Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Windows, Windows Server, networking, security, and Active Directory.
• Documenting workflows and updating routines to ensure efficient and structured IT support.
• Communicating and collaborating with both end-users and IT purchasers to understand needs and deliver solutions.

You will receive an introduction before working both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team. Last but not least, you will enjoy your work, with varied tasks and good opportunities for development.

We are looking for someone with relevant IT education or equivalent experience gained in other ways. It is important that you have a strong interest in IT, and we would appreciate if you have experience in customer contact and enjoy helping others. With us, you will quickly become a valuable resource for our customers, so it is important that you are relationship-building and can maintain your composure even when the pace is high at times.

You are driven by learning new things and exploring new technology. You are communicative, work well with others, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your tasks. A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement. You need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

The position is based in Sundsvall and requires on-site presence. Remote work from other locations is therefore not possible.
