The ENT clinic belongs to the Business Area Specialized Surgery. The business area currently operates in Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Kristianstad. Our business area includes ear, nose, and throat surgery, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, and hand surgery.

At our clinic, we treat both children and adults, and we have a high volume of patients related to the planned clinic and surgical operations, which covers all highly specialized surgery within the ENT field. We also have our own emergency clinic where we receive patients with various acute conditions during daytime, such as trauma, bleeding, infections, and more.

We prioritize that our employees have a developing daily life with ongoing competence development, which is why we offer internal lectures and workshops.

In the role of assistant nurse, you work at the clinic and are part of a team where your main tasks are to provide service and assistance at our specialist doctor's clinic. Other tasks that may be included in your role are assisting with examinations such as airflow measurement and blood sampling. In addition, you assist with surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia. Furthermore, you work with patient care consisting of children and adults at our emergency clinic. As an assistant nurse, you collaborate with both nurses and doctors. We at the clinic welcome a forward-looking attitude and competence development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.

We would like you to have work experience as an assistant nurse. For the position, it is meritorious with previous experience of clinic work, blood sampling, and if you have experience assisting with examinations/surgeries.
