Warranty is the unit responsible for handling warranties for delivered vehicles. The unit belongs to Field Services, which reports directly to Operations & Supply Chain.

We are now looking for a Warranty Handler.

Your future challenge

The Warranty Handler is responsible for keeping vehicles operational, including spare parts management, registration, analysis, and feedback to the customer. The role is outward-facing, and you will maintain frequent customer dialogue, where building a good relationship is crucial.

Warranty management has an overarching process, adapted to customers' needs, requirements, and the production setup applicable in each country. To ensure a good relationship, you will have continuous contact with representatives of our customers. You will process customer claims in our business system. You will work together in a team, where team spirit is important as we support each other and share experiences over time.

Your daily tasks include:

• Ensuring that customers' warranty claims are handled via our case portal.
• Participating in internal and external decision forums and thereby deciding whether a warranty claim is approved or rejected.
• Ensuring that registered warranty cases are handled and followed up in our business system.
• Keeping the customer informed on an ongoing basis about ongoing cases.
• Ensuring that the customer receives correct compensation, in the form of a new part or a proposal for repair costs.
• Follow-up on the number of cases, failure rates, and impact on warranty terms.
• Being business-minded in contacts with customers and subcontractors.

Travel may occur in the role, as we see it is important to build a relationship with the customer and gain knowledge of the product.

The person you are

We see that you have a vocational technical education or equivalent through work experience. Perhaps you have training in or have worked with deviations, quality, purchasing. You must be able to read, understand, and analyze technical documentation. A university degree is meritorious, as is experience working in Aras and SAP. Since most of our customers are in other countries, you need to have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

You have your own drive and will work independently on warranty projects, which means you need to have good ability to collaborate both externally with customers and with internal contacts. You will have many contacts within the company as cases vary greatly in scope and complexity. Maintaining a customer focus and the desire to influence for the customer's best interest is important. It is meritorious for the role to have a willingness to dare to influence tomorrow's ways of working.

You are a person who thrives on order and structure, you like to tackle problems systematically and analytically, and you are service-oriented. You are empathetic and responsive in your interactions, as well as confident in yourself.
